Mr. McKinley began practicing law in 1975. Prior to, and during law school he worked as licensed Real Estate Broker, handling sales of commercial property and brokering loans. He has been a Judge Pro Tem with the El Cajon Municipal Court since 1982, and is a member of the San Diego Deputy Sheriff's Association. Mr. McKinley maintains a fully electronic office.
